Apps overview

A workspace is used through several apps, each for a different job. You open them from your workspace card on the home page. Which apps you see depends on your role and on what you’ve been invited to — most people only need one or two.

The apps

• App — where you use the agents: chat with them, fill forms, and run extractions. Everyone with access to a workspace has it. See Chat with an agent.
• Studio — where admins build and configure the workspace: agents, sources (documents, web sources, resource libraries), members, categories and settings. Only users who can manage the workspace see it.
• Evaluation — the standalone app to test extraction agents against a CSV dataset and read a match rate. Shown when the feature is enabled. See Evaluation dashboard.
• Test — the tester experience: appears when you’ve been invited as a tester to a review campaign. See Participate as a tester.
• Review — the reviewer experience: appears when you’ve been invited as a reviewer to a review campaign. See Review as a reviewer.

How to open an app

On the home page, each workspace has an open button. If you can access more than one app, it’s a split button: the main part opens your primary app, and the chevron next to it opens a menu with every other app you can access. Pick the one you need.

Step by step

1. Open your workspace’s apps

On the home page, find your workspace card. Click the main button to open your primary app, or the chevron beside it to see every app you can access.

2. Studio

Studio is the admin/configuration side — building agents, adding sources, managing members, categories and workspace settings. You’ll see it only if you can manage the workspace.

3. App

App is the everyday, end-user side — you talk to the agents an admin built, fill forms, and run extractions. It’s always available to workspace members.

4. Evaluation

Evaluation is a separate app for testing an extraction agent against a CSV dataset and reading its accuracy. It appears when the feature is enabled for the workspace.

5. Test

Test opens the tester app. It only appears once someone invites you as a tester to a review campaign; there you chat with the agent and give feedback.

6. Review

Review opens the reviewer app. It only appears once someone invites you as a reviewer; there you read testers’ sessions and give your own independent rating.

Tips

• If you only ever use agents, the one you want is App.
• If you build agents, you’ll spend your time in Studio; the two open in separate tabs so you can keep both.
• Test and Review are invitation-only — they won’t appear until a campaign owner adds you.

Troubleshooting

• I only see one button — you have access to a single app; it opens directly with no menu.
• I don’t see Studio — it’s for workspace admins/owners; ask an admin if you need to configure something.
• I don’t see Test or Review — those appear only after you’re invited to a review campaign as a tester or reviewer (invitations arrive by email).
• I don’t see Evaluation — it’s an optional feature; ask your workspace Owner or an Admin if it should be enabled.
